Children will learn self-defense skills to prepare themselves for interactions and emergency situations with strangers. Children will also work on improving their motor skills and character development.
Monday - Thursday at 5:30 pm
Kids will learn a variety of different self-defense techniques to deal with a wide range of situations. Through the program students will work on their physical fitness and develop higher levels of confidence.

Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on ground techniques. Jiu Jitsu teaches discipline, respect, cooperation, and confidence.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
A class specifically designed for teens who want to learn martial arts. Teens will learn self-defense skills while working on physical fitness & having fun.
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30 pm
We believe it is our responsibility to help you develop the ability to defend yourself and your family in an unavoidable encounter. This is a hands-on, fun, learning experience with practical applications to everyday dangers.
Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00 to 8:00 pm
This 50-minute self-defense meets cardio kickboxing class is specifically designed to teach the basics of how to defend yourself while getting in shape, meeting new people, and releasing stress.
