Classes

Little Dragons ( 4 - 7 yrs. old )

Children will learn self-defense skills to prepare themselves for interactions and emergency situations with strangers. Children will also work on improving their motor skills and character development.

Class Times

Monday - Thursday at 5:30 pm


Shou Shu Kids/Kung Fu Kids ( 8 & up )

Kids will learn a variety of different self-defense techniques to deal with a wide range of situations. Through the program students will work on their physical fitness and develop higher levels of confidence.

Monday & Wednesday 6:00 to 7:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 to 6:30 pm


Kids Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on ground techniques. Jiu Jitsu teaches discipline, respect, cooperation, and confidence.

Class Times

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm 


Shou Shu Teens ( 13 & up )

A class specifically designed for teens who want to learn martial arts. Teens will learn self-defense skills while working on physical fitness & having fun.

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30 pm


Shou Shu Adult (18 & up)

We believe it is our responsibility to help you develop the ability to defend yourself and your family in an unavoidable encounter. This is a hands-on, fun, learning experience with practical applications to everyday dangers.

Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00 to 8:00 pm


Kickboxing/Self-Defense

This 50-minute self-defense meets cardio kickboxing class is specifically designed to teach the basics of how to defend yourself while getting in shape, meeting new people, and releasing stress.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30 to 8:30 pm


Warriors & Weights

This class is all about functional fitness, real-life movements for everyday activities, great for both beginners and seasoned athletes. The class focuses on dynamic, functional, and explosive movements geared towards increasing one’s overall strength, balance, and coordination. The class involves training with kettlebells, dumbbells, plyo boxes and more.
